About the Artist
Since childhood I've had a fascination with tattoos. I remember being mesmerized by my Uncle's sleeves at a very early age. Growing up, I never imagined that making a living as a tattoo artist was even possible.
In the late 80s I met Rob Jensen, who turned out to be one of my closest friends and mentors. It was in 1995 Rob convinced me to combine my love for art, tattoos and my business experience and we became business partners, opening Artrageous Ink in late '95. Rob apprenticed me as a tattoo artist and I taught him the business side. After a few great years, Rob moved down south and I bought out his share.
I spend the majority of my tattooing time doing larger scale custom work. I strive towards being a versatile artist and creating whatever my clients can conjure up in their imaginations. I do however have a great fondness and appreciation for Asian style tattoos.
