Eric Wagner

My apprenticeship was nothing short of a gift. After being a regular customer at Artrageous since the fall of 2009, I started being a receptionist in 2015. In 2017 I was asked by Dave Theeke and Steve Wickert to become an apprentice. My journey started with a rigorous traditional tattoo apprenticeship that included studying the history of tattooing, proper sterilization, tattoo machine mechanical fundamentals, machine building and designing tattoos of all styles.

My style of tattooing is versatile. I was trained to take on anything that walks through the door, and there are styles that I’m still working on to perfect. I would like to strongly thank Dave Theeke, Steve Wickert, Eric Ebbole, Brady Buckman, Rob Jensen, and all the artists that worked with us in the past that sharpened my vision and appreciation of tattooing.

I’m very happy with my tattoo that I got tonight at Artrageous! Very professional and a wonderful job done by Eric.

Stopped in Artrageous today to see if they could do a walk-in apt for me. Got a same day appointment with Eric. Wonderfully talented man, and a chill place to get a tattoo. Good music and atmosphere. I intend on coming back here for future artwork.

I called last minute to get a tattoo for that day. Eric drew it up, and did a fantastic job on the tattoo. I would definitely go back there again and recommend everyone to go to Artrageous.
